The "Client Area" of our Customer Portal lets you update the name servers for your domain names (this is called "Re-delegation"). Follow these easy steps to change your name servers:

  1. Log in to our Client Area:
    1. Open your web browser and go to https://intohost.com/.
    2. Enter your username and password, then click the "Login" button.
  2. Go to Your Domains:
    1. Once you are logged in, find the "Domains" section in the main menu.
    2. Click on "My Domains" to see all your registered domains.
  3. Select the Domain You Want to Manage:
    1. In the list of domains, find the one you want to update.
    2. Click the "Manage Domain" button next to it.
  4. Open the Name Servers Section:
    1. On the domain management page, look at the menu on the left side.
    2. Click on "Name Servers" to open the settings.
  5. Change the Name Servers:
    1. You will see text fields with the current name servers.
    2. Delete the old name servers and type in the new ones. (You don’t need to enter IP addresses).
  6. Save Your Changes:
    1. Check that the new name servers are correct.
    2. Click the "Save Changes" button to update your domain.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the changes to take effect across the internet. This waiting time is called DNS propagation.
